Everyone of us was created for a purpose, it's a wonderful thing when you finally figure out what that is .
I am a worship painter.
It only took me 40 years to figure that out, but now that I know, I could never do anything else.
I have always been a tentative painter, tiptoeing around the canvas and other art forms. I even went to the Art Institute of Seattle and the art program at Spokane Falls Community College but none of it was satisfying. It wasn't until a good friend suggested that I try this that it clicked.
I offer art classes at my church to facilitate what the Holy Spirit has put in everyone of us, the desire to be freely creative without the fear of failing.
Every one of these paintings was created in a worship setting, some during live worship at my church, others in my studio all with the intent to bring peace into your home.
